Book Bunch Summer Book Club for Kids

Neenah Library’s “Book Bunch” summer book group for kids 8 – 11 years old will meet again at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20.  Share the excitement of a good book with others! Snacks provided.

The featured book for June is Guinea Dog, by children’s author Patrick Jennings. In it, fifth grader Rufus’ mother brings home a guinea pig instead of the dog he has always wanted, and Rufus is not happy – until the rodent starts acting exactly like a dog. This laugh-out-loud story is great for independent readers or as a family read-aloud.
